1.2. GoIT E\u011fitim Dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k Ltd. (GoIT E\u011fitim Dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k Ltd. \u015eti.), vergi numaras\u0131: 396 163 4855, kay\u0131tl\u0131 oldu\u011fu adres: Ac\u0131badem Mahallesi \u00c7e\u00e7en Sokak No:25\/426 Akasya AVM, \u00dcsk\u00fcdar, \u0130stanbul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bu web sitesini (“Site”) kullanarak kullan\u0131m ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131, \u00e7erez politikas\u0131n\u0131, KVKK ayd\u0131nlatma metnini ve internet sitesinde yer alan di\u011fer t\u00fcm dok\u00fcmanlar\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 okuyup anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z ve tamam\u0131na r\u0131za g\u00f6stermi\u015f oldu\u011funuz kabul edilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. H\u0130ZMETLER<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.1. \u015eirket, \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i kurslar, videolar, metin ve grafik i\u00e7erikleri, etkile\u015fimli i\u00e7erikler ve di\u011fer i\u00e7erik ve hizmetler (Hizmetler) dahil olmak \u00fczere farkl\u0131 t\u00fcrde \u00fcr\u00fcn ve hizmetler sunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.2. Hizmetler \u00fccretli olarak sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r. Hizmetler ayr\u0131 kurslara (ayr\u0131ca, bir Kurs olarak) b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f olabilir. Se\u00e7ti\u011finiz ve uygun bulundu\u011funuz bir veya birka\u00e7 kursu sat\u0131n alabilirsiniz. Hizmetlere ili\u015fkin \u015fartlar, kullan\u0131c\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ayr\u0131ca kabul edilen ek anla\u015fmalar ve\/veya hizmet \u015fartlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.3. \u015eirket, \u00fccretsiz veya indirimli e\u011fitim hizmeti sunabilir. Ancak konuyla ilgili de\u011fi\u015fiklik yapma hakk\u0131n\u0131 her zaman sakl\u0131 tutar. \u015eirket, \u00f6nceden bildirimde bulunmaks\u0131z\u0131n belirli hizmetlerin fiyatland\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131 veya kullan\u0131labilirli\u011fini de\u011fi\u015ftirebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.4. E\u011fitime eri\u015fim bireysel olarak verilir ve \u015eirket ile \u00f6nceden mutab\u0131k kal\u0131nmad\u0131k\u00e7a ba\u015fka bir ki\u015fiye devredilemez. Kullan\u0131c\u0131, kullan\u0131c\u0131 ad\u0131n\u0131 ve \u015fifresini 3. ki\u015filer ile payla\u015famaz. B\u00f6yle bir durum s\u00f6z konusu olmas\u0131 halinde, \u015eirket\u2019in bu durumu fark etmesi \u00fczerine hesab\u0131n\u0131z ask\u0131ya al\u0131nabilir veya feshedilebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.5. Kullan\u0131c\u0131, e\u011fitimi kaydememez, ekran g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc alamaz, e\u011fitime ait i\u00e7erikleri ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleri 3. ki\u015filerle payla\u015fmas\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu olamaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.6. Kullan\u0131c\u0131\u2019n\u0131n e\u011fitimde ahlaka ayk\u0131r\u0131 davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 olmas\u0131 durumunda hesab\u0131 ask\u0131ya al\u0131nabilir veya feshedilebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.7. E\u011fitimlerde kay\u0131t al\u0131nmas\u0131 \u015eirket taraf\u0131ndan belirlenir ve \u015eirket her zaman de\u011fi\u015fiklik yapma hakk\u0131n\u0131 sakl\u0131 tutar. Kullan\u0131c\u0131, \u015eirket taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a payla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 belirtilmeyen e\u011fitim kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131 talep edemez. Kullanc\u0131, e\u011fitim kayd\u0131na ili\u015fkin tercihlerini kendisine sunulan ayd\u0131nlatma metni do\u011frultusunda a\u00e7\u0131k r\u0131za metninde belirler. Bu y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fck m\u00fcnhas\u0131ran Kullan\u0131c\u0131\u2019dad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.8. \u015eirket herhangi bir kursu bilgilendirme yapmak suretiyle durdurma hakk\u0131n\u0131 sakl\u0131 tutar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.9. \u015eirket akredite bir e\u011fitim kurumu de\u011fildir ve Ulusal Yeterlilik Kurumu taraf\u0131ndan yetkilendirilmi\u015f mesleki e\u011fitim kurslar\u0131 sa\u011flamaz. \u015eirket, kurslar\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair herhangi bir akademik not, kredi veya benzeri bir onay sa\u011flamaz. Bu do\u011frultuda \u015eirket, Hizmetlerin i\u00e7eri\u011fi i\u00e7in herhangi bir akademik akreditasyon veya sertifika almak zorunda de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. KAYIT VE HESAP<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.1. Hizmetleri kullanmak i\u00e7in \u015eirkette bir hesab\u0131n\u0131z olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. \u015eirket hesab\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 olu\u015fturacakt\u0131r. E-postan\u0131z\u0131 onaylayarak ve yeni bir \u015fifre belirleyerek kayd\u0131 tamamlaman\u0131z platformu kullanman\u0131z i\u00e7in zorunludur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.2. \u015eirketin hizmetlerinden yararlanmak i\u00e7in 18 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 doldurmu\u015f olman\u0131z gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.3. Hizmetleri kullanmak veya bir kursa kaydolmak i\u00e7in \u00f6zel bir e\u011fitim veya e\u011fitim almaya ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131z yoktur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.4. \u015eirket, bu \u015fartlar\u0131n ihlal edildi\u011fini tespit etmesi durumunda, nedenlerini a\u00e7\u0131klamaks\u0131z\u0131n ve derhal hesab\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 ask\u0131ya alma veya s\u00f6zle\u015fmenizi feshetme hakk\u0131n\u0131 sakl\u0131 tutar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. KULLANICININ Y\u00dcK\u00dcML\u00dcL\u00dcKLER\u0130<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.1. Kullan\u0131c\u0131, hizmetleri kullan\u0131rken a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da say\u0131lanlar\u0131 yapmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.1.1. Hesap kimlik bilgilerinizi gizli tutmak, ba\u015fka ki\u015filerle payla\u015fmamak;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.1.2. Herhangi bir hesap g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ihlali hakk\u0131nda bizi bilgilendirmek;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.1.3. \u015eirket\u2019in fikri m\u00fclkiyet haklar\u0131n\u0131 ihlal etmemek;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.1.4. Akademik ilkelere sayg\u0131 g\u00f6stermek;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.1.5. Faturalar\u0131 zaman\u0131nda \u00f6demek;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.1.6. Hizmetleri yasaklanm\u0131\u015f ama\u00e7lar i\u00e7in ve\/veya bu kullan\u0131m ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 ihlal edecek \u015fekilde kullanmamak;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.1.7. \u0130stenmeyen veya izinsiz reklam yapmamak, promosyon malzemesi, istenmeyen yaz\u0131\u015fma, spam veya ba\u015fka herhangi bir ticari talep y\u00fcklememek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.2. Buna ek olarak, kursa kaydolurken a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da yer alan y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeyi taahh\u00fct edersiniz:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.2.1. Kursu tamamlamak i\u00e7in gerekli s\u00fcreyi ay\u0131rmak;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.2.2. Grup \u00f6devlerini tamamlamak i\u00e7in grup halinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak da dahil olmak \u00fczere Kursa proaktif bir \u015fekilde kat\u0131lmak;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.2.3. \u00d6dev ve\/veya ek g\u00f6revler haz\u0131rlamak, size ait olmayan herhangi bir i\u00e7eri\u011fi \u00f6dev olarak veya ba\u015fka bir \u015fekilde y\u00fcklememek;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.2.4. Son teslim tarihlerine uymak;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.2.5. Kursa kat\u0131lan di\u011fer ki\u015filere sayg\u0131l\u0131 davranmak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.3. \u015eirket, taciz, takip, k\u00fcf\u00fcrl\u00fc, m\u00fcstehcen veya sald\u0131rgan davran\u0131\u015flara tolerans g\u00f6stermez. \u015eirket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131, m\u00fc\u015fteri temsilcileri veya hizmetlerimizin di\u011fer kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 ile ilgili bu t\u00fcr davran\u0131\u015flar yasakt\u0131r. Bu t\u00fcr bir davran\u0131\u015f, yapan ki\u015finin hesab\u0131 derhal ask\u0131ya al\u0131nmas\u0131na ve hizmet s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin herhangi bir tazminat \u00f6denmeksizin feshine sebep olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. F\u0130KR\u0130 M\u00dcLK\u0130YET HAKLARI VE \u0130Z\u0130N VER\u0130LEN KULLANIM<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.1. \u015eirket, telif hakk\u0131 yasalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda veya ba\u015fka bir \u015fekilde korunan ve aksi a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belirtilmedik\u00e7e (Fikri M\u00fclkiyet Haklar\u0131) internet sitesinde,  platformda veya \u015eirketin bilgi-telem\u00fcnikasyon sisteminde yay\u0131nlanan i\u00e7eriklere ili\u015fkin fikri m\u00fclkiyet haklar\u0131n\u0131n tek yasal ve ger\u00e7ek sahibidir. Bunlar, \u015eirket\u2019in t\u00fcm materyallerini, programlar\u0131n\u0131, ticari s\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131, ticari markalar\u0131n\u0131, patentlerini, tasar\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 ve y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteki yerel, AB ve uluslararas\u0131 yasalara ve anla\u015fmalara uygun di\u011fer fikri m\u00fclkiyet haklar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7erir. \u015eirket\u2019in \u00fcr\u00fcn veya hizmetlerinin hi\u00e7bir k\u0131sm\u0131, \u015eirket\u2019in \u00f6nceden yaz\u0131l\u0131 izni olmaks\u0131z\u0131n hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131lamaz ve\/veya if\u015fa edilemez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.2. \u015eirket, hizmetlerini (ilgili i\u00e7erikler dahil) ticari olmayan ama\u00e7larla kullanman\u0131z i\u00e7in size m\u00fcnhas\u0131r olmayan ve devredilemez bir lisans sa\u011flar. B\u00f6yle bir lisans\u0131n kapsam\u0131 e\u011fitim ama\u00e7lar\u0131yla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle, \u00f6devinizi tamamlamak ve\/veya kurslarla ilgili e\u011fitim uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 ilerletmek i\u00e7in gerekli olmad\u0131k\u00e7a, site i\u00e7eri\u011fini kopyalayamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z, \u00e7o\u011faltamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z, kaynak koda d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcremeyece\u011finiz veya tersine m\u00fchendislik yapamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z anlam\u0131na gelir. Ayr\u0131ca, bu i\u00e7erikleri herhangi bir \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ki\u015fiyle payla\u015famazs\u0131n\u0131z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.3. Hizmetleri kullan\u0131rken, kendi i\u00e7eri\u011finizi olu\u015fturabilirsiniz (ev \u00f6devleri, tak\u0131m \u00f6devleri, s\u0131navlar veya di\u011fer kullan\u0131c\u0131lar ve e\u011fitmenlerle ileti\u015fim dahil). Bu t\u00fcr i\u00e7eriklerin m\u00fclkiyeti size aittir. Bu t\u00fcr i\u00e7erikler Fikri M\u00fclkiyet Haklar\u0131 ile korunan i\u00e7erikleri i\u00e7ermemelidir; b\u00f6yle i\u00e7erikler \u015eirket\u2019in korunan i\u00e7eriklerini i\u00e7eriyorsa, bu Fikri M\u00fclkiyet Haklar\u0131 ile korunmu\u015f olarak kabul edilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.4. Sitedeki i\u00e7erik kopyalanamaz, devredilemez, aktar\u0131lamaz veya ba\u015fka bir \u015fekilde ticari veya ba\u015fka ama\u00e7larla kullan\u0131lamaz. Web sitesindeki ticari markalar\u0131n ve logolar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 yaln\u0131zca hizmet sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nceden yaz\u0131l\u0131 izni ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr ve web sitesindeki g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc materyallerinin (g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler, metin, sayfa d\u00fczeni veya format\u0131 dahil) kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yaln\u0131zca hizmet sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nceden yaz\u0131l\u0131 izni ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.5. Bu maddenin h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine uymaman\u0131z, hesab\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n derhal feshedilmesine neden olabilir. Ayr\u0131ca, Kullan\u0131c\u0131, b\u00f6yle bir ihlalden kaynaklanan do\u011frudan ve dolayl\u0131 veya sonu\u00e7lu zararlar\u0131, kay\u0131plar\u0131, itibar kayb\u0131n\u0131, t\u00fcm faizleri, cezalar\u0131 ve yasal masraflar\u0131 (tam bir tazminat esas\u0131 \u00fczerinden hesaplanan) ve di\u011fer t\u00fcm profesyonel masraflar\u0131 ve giderleri, yan\u0131 s\u0131ra b\u00f6yle bir ihlalden kaynaklanan maddi olmayan zararlar\u0131 \u015eirkete tazmin etmeyi taahh\u00fct eder. Zararlar, kar kay\u0131plar\u0131, hasarlar, faizler, cezalar ve maddi olmayan zararlar tazmin edilecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. SORUMLULU\u011eUN SINIRLANDIRILMASI VE TAZM\u0130NAT<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.1. \u015eirket, hizmetlerin her zaman kullan\u0131labilir olmas\u0131n\u0131 ve veri aktar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n hatas\u0131z olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00e7abay\u0131 g\u00f6sterir, ancak internetin do\u011fas\u0131 gere\u011fi bu garanti edilemez. \u015eirket, gecikme veya eylemsizlik kendi kontrol\u00fc d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki nedenlerden kaynaklan\u0131rsa, ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan gecikme veya y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerin ge\u00e7 yerine getirilmesinden sorumlu olmayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.2. Size g\u00fcncel ve ilgili hizmetleri (interaktif hizmetler ve e\u011fitmenler taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanan i\u00e7erik dahil) sunmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Ancak \u015eirket, \u015eirket taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanan bilgilerin do\u011frulu\u011fu, eksiksizli\u011fi ve\/veya alaka d\u00fczeyine ili\u015fkin (aksi belirtilmedik\u00e7e) herhangi bir beyan veya garanti (a\u00e7\u0131k veya z\u0131mni) vermez. \u015eirket, bu bilgilere dayanarak karar vermeniz de dahil olmak \u00fczere, bu t\u00fcr bilgilere g\u00fcvenmenizden sorumlu tutulamaz. Belirli bilgileri belirli g\u00f6revlere uygulayabilece\u011finizi garanti etmiyoruz.\u015e\u00fcpheye mahal vermemek ad\u0131na, Hizmetler “oldu\u011fu gibi” prensibiyle sunulmakta olup, \u015eirket a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a herhangi (ticari uygunluk, belirli bir amaca uygunluk, ba\u015fl\u0131k ve ihlal etmeme dahil olmak \u00fczere) a\u00e7\u0131k veya z\u0131mni garanti veya ko\u015ful reddetmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.3. Bilgisayar ekipman\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n site ile uyumlu oldu\u011fundan emin olmak kullan\u0131c\u0131 olarak sizin sorumlulu\u011funuzdad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.4. Hi\u00e7bir durumda \u015eirket\u2019in toplam y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, \u00f6nceki 12 ay i\u00e7inde taraf\u0131n\u0131zdan \u00f6denen hizmetlerin bedelini a\u015fmayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.2. Additionally, when enrolling in a course, User commit to fulfilling the following obligations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.2.1. Allocate the necessary time to complete the course;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.2.2. To actively participate in the Course, including working in groups to complete group assignments;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.2.3. To prepare assignments and\/or additional tasks and not upload any content that does not belong to you as an assignment or in any other way;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.2.4. To adhere to the deadlines for submission;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.2.5. Respect other individuals participating in the course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.3. The Company does not tolerate harassment, stalking, abusive, obscene or aggressive behavior. Such behavior towards Company employees, customer representatives, or other users of our services is prohibited. Engaging in such behavior will result in the immediate suspension of the individual’s account and termination of the service contract without any compensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND AUTHORIZED USE<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.1.
