\u0130\u015fbu bilgilendirme 6698 Say\u0131l\u0131 Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Kanunu\u2019nun (\u201cKVKK\u201d) 10. maddesinde d\u00fczenlenen Veri sorumlusunun ayd\u0131nlatma y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kapsam\u0131nda veri sorumlusu s\u0131fat\u0131yla GoIT E\u011fitim Dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k Limited \u015eirketi taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Ki\u015fisel Verilerinizin \u0130\u015flenmesi,Amac\u0131, Hukuki Sebebi:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ki\u015fisel verileriniz (ad, soyad, TC kimlik numaras\u0131, e-posta adresi, telefon numaras\u0131, cinsiyet, do\u011fum tarihi, kullan\u0131c\u0131 \u015fifre ve giri\u015f bilgileri, hesap bilgileri, fatura bilgileri),<\/strong> \u00dcyelik hesab\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ve \u00fcyelik i\u015f ile i\u015flemlerinin yap\u0131labilmesi, sizlerle ileti\u015fime ge\u00e7ilebilmesi, \u00fcyelik s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin kurulmas\u0131 ve ifas\u0131, e\u011fitim hizmetlerinin verilebilmesi ama\u00e7lar\u0131yla KVKK m.5\/2 uyar\u0131nca bir hakk\u0131n tesisi, veri sorumlusunun y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn yerine getirilmesi, s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin ifas\u0131, hukuki sebeplerine dayan\u0131larak i\u015flenmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Ki\u015fisel Verilerinizin Aktar\u0131lmas\u0131, Amac\u0131, Hukuki Sebebi:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ki\u015fisel Verileriniz;Gerekti\u011finde ilgili mevzuattan do\u011fan bilgi ve belge payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131na ili\u015fkin y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerimizi ve ayr\u0131ca di\u011fer hukuki y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerimizi yerine getirmek amac\u0131yla  KVKK 5\/2 uyar\u0131nca Kanunlarda a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmesi ve Veri sorumlusunun hukuki y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yerine getirebilmesi i\u00e7in zorunlu olmas\u0131, veri sorumlusunun me\u015fru menfaati hukuki sebeplerine dayal\u0131 olarak \u201cYetkili Kamu Kurum Ve Kurulu\u015flar\u0131\u201d ile payla\u015f\u0131labilecektir. \u00d6rne\u011fin; Vergi dairesi, Mahkemeler<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ki\u015fisel Verileriniz; \u00d6deme i\u015flemleri ve di\u011fer finansal i\u015f ve i\u015flemleri yapabilmek, denetime ili\u015fkin hukuki y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerimizi yerine getirebilmek, tedarik\u00e7ilerimizden hizmet alabilmek amac\u0131yla KVKK 5\/2 uyar\u0131nca Kanunlarda \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmesi (Vergi Usul Kanunu, Bor\u00e7lar Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat), Bir s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin kurulmas\u0131 veya ifas\u0131yla do\u011frudan do\u011fruya ilgili olmas\u0131 kayd\u0131yla, s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin taraflar\u0131na ait ki\u015fisel verilerin i\u015flenmesinin gerekli olmas\u0131, Bir hakk\u0131n tesisi, kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 veya korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in veri i\u015flemenin zorunlu olmas\u0131, \u0130lgili ki\u015finin temel hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerine zarar vermemek kayd\u0131yla, veri sorumlusunun me\u015fru menfaatleri i\u00e7in veri i\u015flenmesinin zorunlu olmas\u0131 hukuki sebeplere dayal\u0131 olarak ve bu hizmetlerin yerine getirilebilmesi amac\u0131yla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olarak \u2018\u2019Tedarik\u00e7ilerimiz\u2019\u2019  ile payla\u015f\u0131labilecektir. \u00d6rne\u011fin; Bankalar, Denet\u00e7iler ve Mali m\u00fc\u015favirler, \u00f6deme hizmeti ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u015firket, hizmet al\u0131nan yaz\u0131l\u0131m \u015firketleri<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Ki\u015fisel Verilerinizin Toplama Y\u00f6ntemi:<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ki\u015fisel verileriniz, sitemizdeki ve online formlar\u0131m\u0131zdaki bilgilerin doldurulmas\u0131 ve hizmetlerin al\u0131nmas\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda  otomatik y\u00f6ntemlerle toplanarak kay\u0131t edilecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Ki\u015fisel verilerinizin Yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131na Aktar\u0131lmas\u0131, Amac\u0131 Ve Hukuki Sebebi:<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ki\u015fisel verileriniz, e-posta g\u00f6nderimine konu olmas\u0131 halinde e-posta ve bulut sunucular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda olmas\u0131 (yabanc\u0131 merkezli e-posta hizmeti almam\u0131z) nedeni ile 6698 Say\u0131l\u0131 Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Kanunu\u2019nun 9. maddesi uyar\u0131nca yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131na aktar\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uzaktan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme platformu arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z e\u011fitimlere kat\u0131lman\u0131z halinde;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ki\u015fisel verileriniz ve \u00f6zel nitelikli ki\u015fisel verileriniz, Uzaktan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme platformu uygulamas\u0131, yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 merkezli ve sunucular\u0131 yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda oldu\u011fundan ki\u015fisel verileriniz ve ses ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc ile kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flaman\u0131z halinde biyometrik veri kapsam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirilebilecek \u00f6zel nitelikli ki\u015fisel verileriniz kay\u0131t ekran\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla  ve uzaktan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme platformu \u00fczerinden yap\u0131lan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler ve bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerin kayd\u0131n\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131 suretiyle otomatik y\u00f6ntemlerle, ders kayd\u0131 almak ve kay\u0131t bilgilerinizi sertifika d\u00fczenlemek, s\u00f6zle\u015fmesel y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerin yerine getirilmesi ama\u00e7lar\u0131yla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olarak a\u00e7\u0131k r\u0131zan\u0131za istinaden 6698 say\u0131l\u0131 Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Kanunu\u2019nun 9. maddesi uyar\u0131nca yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131na aktar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f say\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ve ayr\u0131ca ses ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcn\u00fcz\u00fc payla\u015fmay\u0131 se\u00e7meniz halinde bu verileriniz kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara aktar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f say\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Etkinlikler s\u0131ras\u0131nda al\u0131nan g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc kay\u0131tlar\u0131 ve foto\u011fraflarda yer almak istemememiz ve a\u00e7\u0131k r\u0131za vermemeniz halinde kameran\u0131z\u0131 kapatabilirsiniz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u015eirket taraf\u0131ndan verilerinizin i\u015flendi\u011fi ve \u015eirket\u2019in verilerinizi veri sorumlusu s\u0131fat\u0131 ile i\u015fledi\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ki\u015fisel verileriniz bak\u0131m\u0131ndan 6698 Say\u0131l\u0131 Ki\u015fisel Verilerin Korunmas\u0131 Kanunu\u2019nun 11. maddesinde bulunan haklara sahipsiniz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleriniz<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ki\u015fisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu 07.04.2020 tarihli kamuoyu duyurusuna g\u00f6re ses ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc verileriniz baz\u0131 durumlarda biyometrik veri (\u00f6zel nitelikli veri) kapsam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirilebilmektedir. E\u011fitime kat\u0131l\u0131m i\u00e7in kamera ve mikrofonunuzu kullanman\u0131z zorunlu de\u011fildir. Kendi tercihinize g\u00f6re Kamera ve sesinizi aktif etmeniz durumunda derslerdeki ses ve g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131z a\u00e7\u0131k r\u0131zan\u0131za istinaden i\u015flenecektir, bu verileriniz biyometrik veri de say\u0131labilece\u011finden e\u011fitime kat\u0131lmadan \u00f6nce uzaktan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme platformun\u2019un gizlilik politikas\u0131n\u0131 okuyunuz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Veri sorumlusuna Ba\u015fvuru<\/strong><\/strong>:<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kanunun ilgili ki\u015finin haklar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenleyen 11. maddesi kapsam\u0131ndaki taleplerinizi, \u201cVeri Sorumlusuna Ba\u015fvuru Usul ve Esaslar\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Tebli\u011fe\u201d g\u00f6re \u015eirketimizin fiziki adresine  adresine yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak veya \u00fcyeli\u011finizin teyit edildi\u011fi elektronik posta adresi \u00fczerinden \u015firketimiz elektronik posta adresine iletebilirsiniz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          If you participate in the training sessions conducted through remote conferencing platforms;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Your personal data and sensitive personal data, as well as your participation with audio and video, will be considered as biometric data due to the remote conferencing platform application being based abroad, and the servers being located overseas. This data will be collected automatically through the registration screen and the conversations conducted via the remote conferencing platform, along with the recording of these conversations. It will be transferred abroad in accordance with Article 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, based on your explicit consent, for the purposes of taking course recordings, issuing certificates with registration information, and fulfilling contractual obligations. Additionally, if you choose to share your audio and video during sessions, this data will be considered as transferred to the participants. If you do not wish to appear in the image recordings and photos taken during the events and do not provide explicit consent, you can turn off your camera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            You have the rights stipulated in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data regarding the processing of your personal data by the Company as the data controller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Under the announcement made by the Personal Data Protection Board on April 7, 2020, your audio and visual data may be considered as biometric data (special category data) in certain cases.
